We assists individuals in obtaining essential South African documents, such as ID documents, SASSA documents, and certificates equivalent to matriculation.

We facilitate skills development through reputable private South African companies, equipping individuals with the tools, knowledge, and support necessary to thrive independently and build a self-sustaining lifestyle.
Resumé Building
We assist individuals with limited formal education in building a resumé to showcase their skills and abilities to enhancing their employment potential.

Where we began
For over a decade, the founder of the Alabaster Foundation has worked with various communities, and now, with the organization officially registered as an NPO, the commitment to making a lasting difference is stronger than ever. While the foundation is based in the southern suburbs of Cape Town, it responds to needs wherever called, driven by a profound dedication to helping others.
